Our Process

Initial Assessment

Patients will undergo an initial physical assessment by our Clinic Director Dr. Igor Sapozhnikov, D.C. to help him better understand, analyze and determine which areas need correcting. Patients will also have an opportunity to discuss their health concerns.

Program Plan

Based on the assessment results, Dr. Sapozhnikov will recommend an individualized Program plan that may include workspace alterations, postural exercises, chiropractic treatments, spinal decompression and/or other modes of therapy that improve posture and prevent injury.

Our team at Bloor Yonge Chiropractic is a well-rounded group of healthcare professionals that include Chiropractors, Osteopaths, and Registered Massage Therapists. Based on your customized program plan, they work together to provide a multidisciplinary approach to improve your posture.
