Many symptoms and conditions may be a result of poor static or dynamic posture and/or musculoskeletal imbalances:

  • Postural Exercises

Strengthening of the core musculature by specific exercises that promote stability, balance and symmetry.

  • Mulligan Technique

Addresses mobility using manual joint ‘repositioning’ techniques to restore function and eliminate pain.

An internationally acclaimed method for treating intervertebral disc-related conditions.

  • Custom-Made Orthotics

Our Process

Initial Assessment

Patients will undergo an initial physical assessment by our Clinic Director Dr. Igor Sapozhnikov, D.C. or Dr. Isaac Norman, D.C. to help better understand, analyze and determine which areas need correcting. Patients will also have an opportunity to discuss their health concerns.

Program Plan

Based on the assessment results, the Doctor will recommend an individualized Program plan that may include workspace alterations, postural exercises, chiropractic treatments, spinal decompression and/or other modes of therapy that improve posture and prevent injury.
