Our Ergonomics program is focused on maximizing your productivity and quality of life through ergonomic analysis and correction of your activities and environment to prevent injuries. Our approach includes education and modifications of your equipment, postures and techniques, so you can get back to work and the activities you enjoy.
Our Weight Management program focuses on exercise and nutrition counselling, and lifestyle changes in an environment that is highly personalized and closely monitored by healthcare practitioners. As part of our Weight Management Program we will provide you with exercise guidance and support for eating healthy balanced meals.
Athletic Performance Enhancement
Our Athletic Performance Enhancement program is developed to benefit athletes of all levels or those who wish to be more physically active. We focus on sports specific techniques, conditioning analysis, injury prevention, treatment of existing conditions and education to improve performance.
Our Pain Management program is designed to treat all types of pain, including those that stem from muscular, skeletal-physiological and neurological disorders. The goal with pain management is to minimize it and provide patients with treatment and education to make them as comfortable as possible in their everyday lives.
